  1. I have to agree 800

Posted by Open on 12th Feb 2016

I have to agree 800 calories is stinavrg yourself. You should never eat under 1200 calories otherwise you will lose muscle and not fat. You do not want to lose muscle. Not healthy and doesn't look good. I had lost 100 pounds by last year, but after going back to school I have gained back 40. I went from a size 12 back up to a 16. I am back on track, and eating healthy again. For me low carb works best. If I eat starchy carbs like grains, then I start craving more and more. I like to eat more of a hunter-gatherer. I only eat lean meats, fruits, nuts, cheese, and lots of green leafy veggies. I eat 2-3 meals per day. Seriously some days I only need 2 big meals, and others 3 meals. It just depends on what I've done. I also agree moving/exercising is a must. I do some weight lifting and lots of walking. I also love to eat 1-2 tbsp of coconut oil. It helps with belly fat and makes your skin look fabulous. That picture you see was from my thinnest and I had been eating that way for a month by that point. I was getting very lean, and dropping body fat and inches very well. I still don't know why I quit. SIGH!

  2. I love your post!!!!

Posted by Tingting on 12th Feb 2016

I love your post!!!! I see so many women and men dealing with this wgehit issue and becoming so stressed out that they never enjoy their lives. My story, I am now skinny and will never gain wgehit again, I truly believe this, but it wasn't always that way. Until I was about 33 years old I would go up and down in wgehit. And yes, I have used every diet in the book, until one day I just NO MORE. I'm going to eat whatever I want and if I get fat then so be it. And I'm going to do exercise I totally love, not just stuff that I do to get thin. I started eating what I wanted, just doing yoga (which I love) and walking (which I also love). Well, I started dropping wgehit and because I allowed myself to eat whatever I wanted I realized I didn't want it that badly. It was kinda like when your parents say you can't do something and it makes you want to do it anyway. Food was no longer something forbidden, so my cravings started to subside. Now at 48, I am thin, very fit, and don't think about what I can and can't eat. I hope this gives you something new to chew on (no pun intended LOL!!!!)
